After injuring my hip in 2020 I went to a variety of doctors to try and fix my hip. I went to my regular doctor, a chiropractor, a physical therapist, and a sports medicine doctor. At each one they ordered a variety of scans and tests. The x-rays showed nothing, the MRI showed nothing. The final doctor I went to, the sports medicine doctor, told me that he couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my hip and that I would probably have to live with the pain it caused in my everyday life for the rest of my life. After 20 minutes of working with the DCT external rotation protocols, I immediately started to feel a difference. The pain started disappearing and I could feel my body begin to hold itself in the proper alignment. Susan is fantastic!

I am a teacher and professional dancer and had heard all the buzz about fascia, but no one was really bringing this research into dance training in a meaningful way. The DCT videos helped me understand how the body REALLY works. I feel more confident in my teaching and my students notice a difference in their strength and flexibility!

My ankle felt better after ten minutes of working with Susan compared to spending a year with trainers who did not understand dancers. I am so grateful to return to dancing injury free!
